Delete your PawPort account and data
This page is intended for users who want to request deletion of their PawPort account and the personal data associated with it.

This public URL can be used in Google Play Console as the account deletion request page for PawPort.
How to request deletion
- 1Open PawPort and sign in to your account.
- 2Send an account deletion request to services@dimitpetood.eu from the email address used for registration.
- 3Use the subject line "PawPort account deletion request".
- 4If possible, include the profile name and a contact phone number for faster verification.
- 5We will process the request without undue delay and usually within 30 days.
Important note
If a built-in account deletion feature is available in your version of the App, you may use it directly inside PawPort. If it is not available or you prefer a manual request, use the email address above.
Processing time
After a valid request, we will acknowledge it and process the deletion within a reasonable period, usually within 30 days, unless the law requires otherwise.
What data is deleted
- •user profile and account-related data
- •name, email address, and submitted contact details
- •pet profiles associated with the account
- •vaccination history, deworming history, and veterinary records
- •uploaded notes and internal records linked to the profile
What may be retained temporarily
- •limited technical logs and security records where necessary to prevent abuse
- •data that must be retained temporarily to comply with legal obligations
- •minimal records needed for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims
