Terms of Use

PawPort is a digital tool for organizing pet-related information, including pet profiles, vaccinations, deworming, veterinary history, and reminders.

The App may be used by pet owners, veterinary professionals, breeders, and other persons lawfully managing such information.

PawPort is a supporting digital tool and does not constitute an official veterinary document.

It does not replace the European pet passport, official certificates, veterinary examinations, diagnoses, or professional advice from a veterinarian.

Certain features may require a user account. The user is responsible for:

• maintain the accuracy of the data they enter;
• protect the security of their account and device;
• use sharing functionality only with trusted recipients;
• avoid using the App for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes.

You must notify us promptly if you have reason to believe that your account has been compromised.

The user remains responsible for the content entered, stored, or shared through the App, including pet data, veterinary records, and information relating to third parties.

You should enter only data that you are lawfully entitled to process and share.

If the App offers functionality for sharing or transferring a pet profile, it is used entirely at the initiative of the user.

The user is responsible for choosing the correct recipient and for sharing information only where there is a factual and legal basis to do so.

Where PawPort offers paid features, purchases, or subscriptions, they may be processed through the relevant platform, including the App Store or Google Play, under that platform's rules.

Pricing, renewal terms, and refund rules should be interpreted in accordance with the relevant platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

All rights in PawPort, including software, design, text, logo, visual assets, and service structure, are owned by DIMIT PET LTD. or the relevant rightsholders.

Copying, distributing, decompiling, or using the App beyond what is permitted by law is not allowed without prior written permission.

PawPort is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, or always timely performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DIMIT PET LTD. shall not be liable for:

• temporary service unavailability;
• missed reminders caused by device settings, disabled notifications, or external technical factors;
• incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data entered by the user;
• damage caused by treating the App as a substitute for professional veterinary advice or official documentation.

We may modify, limit, or discontinue parts of the service where necessary for technical, legal, or product reasons.

We may also update these Terms of Use. Where changes are material, we will publish an updated version in the App and/or on the website.

Use of PawPort is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
