Rules for the VIP Pass Survey Campaign
This page outlines the participation rules, winner selection process, and reward delivery method for the VIP Pass campaign connected to theAutoCheckDoc product survey.
1. Organizer and purpose
The campaign is organized by DIMIT PET OOD to collect feedback about new features for the AutoCheckDoc application.
Participation takes place by completing the online survey published on the official survey page.
2. Eligibility
Any person who completes the survey during the announced campaign period may participate.
- An entry is valid only if the survey is completed and a valid email address is provided.
- Only one entry per email address is allowed.
- If the same email address is used more than once, the latest submission before the deadline will be considered.
- The email address is used only to notify winners and to deliver the VIP Pass reward if the participant wins.
- Invalid, incomplete, test, or clearly duplicate entries may be excluded.
3. Rewards
The total number of rewards is 10 VIP Passes for AutoCheckDoc.
The organizer may allocate the rewards across all participants together or by platform, when this is explicitly described in the campaign announcement.
4. Winner selection
- After the campaign ends, the organizer exports the list of all valid entries.
- Invalid and duplicate entries are removed according to the announced rules.
- Winners are selected at random from the final list of valid entries.
- Reserve winners are also selected and may be used if a winner does not respond or cannot receive the reward.
5. Notification and reward delivery
Winners will be contacted via the email address they provided. If a winner does not respond within 3 calendar days, the organizer may provide the reward to a reserve winner.
The VIP Pass will be delivered by email or by another method announced by the organizer.
6. Personal data
For the purposes of the campaign, only the data necessary for participation and reward delivery are processed, including the email address and the survey responses.
Participants' email addresses are used only to contact winners and to send the VIP Pass if they win.
After the campaign deadline and after reward delivery is completed, these email addresses will be permanently deleted.

7. Additional terms
The organizer reserves the right to update these rules when necessary by publishing a new version on this page.
