The application:

• stores user-entered and generated data locally on the user's device;
• is designed to minimize the processing of personal data.

AutoCheckDoc offers a driver's license scanning feature to simplify data entry within the application.

All scanning and data recognition take place entirely on the device using built-in system technologies.

When this feature is used, the application:

• does not transmit data to external servers;
• does not share information with third parties;
• does not use third-party services for image or text processing.

Extracted information is stored only if the user explicitly chooses to save it.

A driver's license is an official personal document. The user is fully responsible for:

• the storage of data;
• the security of the device;
• the sharing of information with other people.

AutoCheckDoc is not responsible for unauthorized access to, loss of, or misuse of data stored on the user's device.

All purchases are processed through the App Store. Subscription management, billing, and refunds are governed by Apple's applicable rules and procedures.

All trademarks, logos, text, visual assets, and content related to AutoCheckDoc are owned by DIMIT PET OOD.

Any unauthorized use is prohibited without prior written permission.

AutoCheckDoc is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or complete accuracy of content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for:

• service interruptions;
• inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided;
• direct or indirect losses, damages, or lost profits.

The developer's total liability is limited to the value of the purchased product or service.
